I made a website with Moogo, but I dont want it anymore. How can I shut it down?


If your website is still under the 7 day trial period, you dont have to do anything. your website will shut down automatically after 7 days. If you have subscribed for Free, Personal, or Business, please contact us to shut the website down.

I can't log into my website?


You can log in to the website maintenance page at http://www.moogo.com under “Log in to Moogo,”.  When logging in, please use the same e-mail address and password you used when opening your website.

My password is not working?

If your password is not working properly or if you have forgotten it, you can order a new login password for Moogo at the address http://www.moogo.com. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the link “Forgot your password?”
