Here's what our customers think

I needed a cost effective solution to launch my small business very quickly - I did not wish to commit to the cost of using an Internet service provider before seeing if my business was going to succeed.

I like the easy editing functions which are so simple, the order forms have been really helpful for my business too and come straight to my inbox.

Choosing Moogo was low risk.

Frequently Asked Questions about the News

Q: I added a news item, but it did not show up at the top of the news listing as usual.  Why is this?

A: Usually, the most recent news item is always at the top of the news listing.  If the new item is not at the top, the most probable explanation is that you have defined in the settings that another news item is "floating."  A floating news item means an item will remain on the top until the floating is canceled.  Consider using a floating news item when you want to highlight important news that will likely catch everyone's attention by staying on the top of the list.

Another possible explanation can be found in the publishing date.  Confirm that the date or the year are correct.

Q: I added a news item, but it is not visible at all.

A: It is possible that you have defined a future publishing date.  After writing news, you can either publish it immediately or set a later publishing date.

Q: How can I display more news items on the front page?

A: The News, just like all other Moogo features, can be edited in the settings to function as desired.  Go to the main page of the "News" on the maintenance, and choose "Settings" on the left.  This page lets you define the settings for the number of items featured on the listing. You can also set the properties for the first few lines of the news item to be featured in addition to the news, as well as the possible symbol.

The Settings page has a number of other settings that can give the News feature all the properties you want.

Q: How can I delete a news item?

A: You can delete a news item by using the News Management page on the Site Management tab.  Select the news item you want to delete from the drop-down menu.  After you have selected the news item you want to delete, first select Edit, and then on the Edit News page that appears on the screen, click on the Delete button.
