Q: What is Moogo?

A: Moogo is a service that helps you create a website in a matter of minutes without sacrificing style, versatility, or ease of maintenance.  You can start using your site instantly and the first 14 days are a free trial.  All Moogo features provide several editing options, guaranteeing that the website meets your specific needs.

Q: How much does it cost to use Moogo?

A: Using Moogo does not cost anything unless you decide to subscribe to the higher level services. "Free" offers a basic package of features and places banner advertisements on your site.  "Personal", "Organization" and "Business" services come with more features, more storage capacity, and the possibility to have your own domain URL.  The price varies according to the features chosen. Q: I have an existing website.  Why should I choose Moogo instead?

A: A website created with Moogo is amazingly easy to update. Never before has it been this easy to edit text, images and other content on your site!

You can create a professional-looking website for free and use features worth thousands of dollars.  You can edit the site in a number of ways, even if you have no programming skills.  You can completely change the appearance and layout of your site anytime you want -- free of charge! Q: I thought all these Moogo sites look identical?

A: The sites might share some similarities, but that is mere coincidence.  You can select the site layout from a variety of options and you may customize them further as well.  You can create a header image of your own and add it to the website, and edit the color themes and background images on the site.  If you are an advanced user, you may edit the CSS style sheets, allowing you to completely customize your site.

Q: I would like to set up an Online Store using Moogo.

A: Moogo's Online Store feature is under development and will be available in the near future.

Q: Will my Moogo site appear on Google searches?

A: It probably will. How well your site will appear on Google or other search engines depends on a number of issues.  The most important are that there is sufficient content on the site and that the word or words searched for can be easily found.  Moogo's technical specifications increase the prospects of your site being high up in the search results.

Q: Which browsers do I need to access the Moogo maintenance and is it safe to use the service?

A: The Moogo maintenance page is SSL-protected, making it just as safe as online banks. For Moogo maintenance, you will need Internet Explorer 6.0 or later or a Firefox browser. The site you create using Moogo can be viewed with any browser.

Q: I can’t log in to the Maintenance page. What could be wrong?

A: Using the Moogo Maintenance requires accepting cookies with the browser settings.  Some firewall programming prevents cookies by third parties, making it impossible to log in to Moogo.  To access Moogo, you must select Moogo as an approved site in the firewall settings.
