With the holidays coming up, people are starting to hang up their Christmas decorations. If you own a small business, then either you have already done it, or it is on this week's list.

And I'm also sure that you will take the decorations down in the first week of January, because you are not one of those people that lets their Christmas decorations hang around until mid spring. But do you do the same thing for your website? Do you keep your website up to date?

One of the most important things that keeps a website attractive is not the way it looks, but what it says. Make sure the information is up to date and correct. If you have an event announced on your page, then make sure to take it off after the event has taken place. If you have a temporary offer going on for your business, take it off as soon as the offer ends. If your business has moved to a new address, make sure to update it on the page. You don't want to miss out on customers, because they are at your old address!
